The company was incorporated on 8th September, 1980 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of West Bengal. In the FY 2023-24, the company was acquired by a set of new promoters and on 12th August, 2023, the new Board of Directors and management was appointed with a vision to grow and expand the company. With this aim, the company has changed its object to carry on the business of trading of agriculture commodities, mainly pulses, spices, consumer food items, etc.

The Company has received the Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause(s) from Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (CPC) dated 01st March, 2024 and now the Corporate Identity Number (CIN) of the company is L46101WB1980PLC032979.

History

The Company was incorporated on 8th September, 1980 vide Corporate Identity No. L74210WB1980PLC032979 (now changed) with the object to carry on the business of providing various services for projects of all kinds and to undertake projects feasible to the company and also to trade, to deal, to process and to manufacture as may be expedient to run, to maintain various mills for jute, cotton, wool and fiber of all kinds and for variety of all kinds of yarn & cloth.

The Company received Certificate of Commencement of its business from ROC, Kolkata on 8th day of October, 1980 to carry on the aforesaid business.
